The in person booking consent form will require but not be limited to the following information:

Your name

Who is the recipient of the reiki session/s.

Consent to receive reiki

Dates required

Time slot

Consent 

Often family or friends will ask to have distance reiki energy sent to a loved one. Reiki should be performed only if consent has been given by the recipient. 

When booking a session please bear this in mind. reiki energy will go wherever it’s needed so if it is not wanted by the recipient it will direct itself to someone who does. 

By signing the consent form you are agreeing that consent has been given for the reiki to be received by the person who’s name appears at the top of this form.

DISTANCE REIKI SESSIONS

By purchasing the distance reiki service you are confirming that you give consent for reiki to be performed on you.

Please note - no refunds are given for energy work. Sessions can be rescheduled at RSEA’s discretion for extreme circumstances so please make sure you book a time that will not need to be cancelled.

Remember that these slots book up fast so the further ahead you book, the more choice you will have with times. For 5 session bookings you can choose all 5 dates or choose as you go ( you have 5 months from the date you pay after this time your bookings will expire and any unused sessions will be lost)

In person cancellation 

If at any time a session is rescheduled, that will be the 1 and only time it will be granted for that session. 1 date/time revision only.

If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of the scheduled session you fee will not be refunded and a reschedule can be arranged at the discretion of RSA.

If a session is cancelled more than 24 hours before the date of the  scheduled appointment a 50% refund will be considered at the discretion of RSA, or a reschedule arranged, again at the discretion of RSA.
